The Opportunity
We’re working with a growing, performance-driven acquisition business specialising in generating high-intent consumer leads across multiple legal claims sectors. Operating in a regulated environment, the business combines data-led decision-making, creative testing and paid media expertise to deliver efficient, scalable customer acquisition. As the business continues to grow, it is expanding its client portfolio, entering new market verticals and strengthening its in-house paid media function. Google and Microsoft Ads are central to this growth, creating an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded PPC Manager to take ownership of campaign performance and help shape the next stage of the business's acquisition strategy.
The Role
As PPC Manager, you’ll manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with a focus on delivering efficient cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
You’ll work across Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns, using data, structured testing and continuous optimisation to improve performance and identify opportunities to scale.
Working closely with creative, compliance, data and implementation teams, you’ll ensure campaigns are not only commercially effective but also compliant with relevant advertising regulations, platform policies and internal standards.
With exposure to multiple legal claims verticals and audiences, this is an opportunity to develop your expertise across a varied portfolio of performance marketing campaigns while making a direct contribution to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, driving efficient lead generation and acquisition. Audit and evaluate multiple advertising accounts, identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and scalability. Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, keywords, bidding, ad copy and creative assets. Manage Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns, including image- and video-led advertising formats. Analyse campaign performance using platform data, conversion metrics and internal business intelligence to inform optimisation decisions. Use downstream lead quality and disposition data, where available, to improve acquisition efficiency and campaign outcomes. Maintain well-organised, scalable account structures, including consistent naming conventions, tracking and account hygiene. Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test effective advertising copy and visual assets. Work closely with compliance stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet applicable legal, regulatory and platform requirements. Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities and actionable recommendations. Ensure optimisation decisions are commercially justified and aligned with agreed KPIs. Support the launch of new accounts, campaigns and claims verticals as the business expands.
