Job Title: PPC Specialist
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage & optimize Google, Bing, and social ads.
• Analyze performance & use insights to drive ROI.
• Test new bidding strategies, AI tools & creative formats.
• Scale accounts through CRO, audience targeting & A/B testing.
• Work with designers, content teams & stakeholders.

Skills:

• 2+ years PPC experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) - Ideally agency!
• Strong analytical mindset - You love numbers & making data-led decisions.
• Experience with budgets from £10k-£100k+ per month.
• Google Ads & Meta certifications (or keen to get them!).
• Passion for performance marketing & staying ahead of trends.
