We're looking for someone who lives and breathes PPC, Paid Search and Google Ads, understands what drives conversions and knows how to turn paid media budgets into measurable results.

You'll ideally bring:

* Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, PPC, Paid Search and Performance Max.

* A sharp eye for ROAS, CPA, CPC and conversion optimisation.

* Confidence with GA4, Google Tag Manager and campaign tracking.

* Experience managing multiple campaigns and delivering results for clients.

* A curious, commercially minded approach — someone who wants to do more than just maintain campaigns.

Agency experience would be a real advantage, as would exposure to Microsoft Ads, Paid Social or Google Shopping campaigns.
