PPM Engineer Electrical

This family business established for 25 years are looking for an experienced PPM Engineer with an electrical qualification to work around the Surrey and Hampshire areas with a once monthly visit to Isle of Wight.

The right candidate will be working within MOD premises for current contracts within the Surrey/Hampshire area.

Key Skills & Experience
• Experience of PPM regime-based contracts (SFG 20 an advantage)
• Experience carrying out fault finding and repairs on electrical systems.
• Minor plumbing experience.
• Mobile, travelling daily to different locations carrying out PPM and corrective maintenance and reactive repairs.
• BS7671 regulations qualified (18th Edition)
• Electrical Verification & Testing, experience producing Minor New Works Certificates
• Inspect & Test Emergency Lighting systems to BS5266 including repairs
• 5 Years + experience (advantageous)

Qualifications
• City & Guilds 2330 Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent)
• City & Guilds 2391 or 2395 Inspection & Test - Not Necessary but welcomed, although this role does not require carrying out inspections
• City & Guilds 18th Edition

Security clearance
• DBS checks required (carried out by the business)
• You will be asked to complete a BPSS through CV insight to undertake work on MOD sites
