Account Manager – Strategic Communications & PR– from £36,000+ per annum+ Benefits – London (Hybrid)

From media strategy and thought leadership to digital presence, we make sure our clients’ stories are told with clarity and impact.

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead client relationships, shape personal PR strategies, and deliver campaigns that blend traditional media with digital innovation. You will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Consultant to ensure the highest standards of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic PR campaigns for leaders, founders, and brand clients
• Develop and deliver thought leadership articles, media pitches, podcast scripts, and social content
• Manage reputations across press, speaking opportunities, and digital platforms
• Secure coverage in national, international, and sector publications
• Build and maintain strong journalist relationships
• Oversee content calendars, media outreach, and reporting
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to new business pitches and growth opportunities

The Person

Must-Have Qualifications

• Comfortable commuting to our London location
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English
• Legally authorised to work in the UK
• Strong writing skills with experience creating PR content
• Minimum 3 years of PR agency experience
• Ability to provide 2–3 published writing samples or a portfolio
• Proven experience leading accounts and managing client strategies, including working with senior stakeholders
• Track record of securing media coverage in national, international, or sector-specific publications
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent self-editing skills
• Previous experience in a fast-paced agency environment

Preferred

• Available to start immediately
• Degree in English, Journalism, PR, Communications, or a related writing-focused field
• Experience working with high-profile individuals, entrepreneurs, or executives
• Skilled in writing and editing content for LinkedIn, social media, blogs, websites, or podcasts
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
