Must have’s

Strong experience in PR, either agency or in-house

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience developing and delivering PR strategies

Strong relationship-building skills with clients, media and stakeholders

Ability to analyse campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly

Strong project management and organisational skills

Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset

Nice to have’s

Previous team management or leadership experience

Experience across both B2B and B2C communications

Experience managing crisis communications

Degree in Public Relations, Communications or a related field

So, what will you be doing?

Strategy & Client Management

* Developing and delivering PR strategies aligned with client objectives

* Managing media relationships and securing high-quality coverage opportunities

* Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business activity

* Leading crisis communication planning and execution when required

Content & Campaign Delivery

* Overseeing the creation of press releases, speeches, presentations and other PR materials

* Ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard and meet client expectations

* Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and results

Team Leadership

* Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of PR professionals

* Providing coaching, development and performance support

* Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
