About the Role
We are looking to hire an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with 3-5 years' experience in PR to join our rapidly growing team. Joining a small team, the role is extremely hands on, so the candidate will need to be a real self - starter who can hit the ground running.
Responsibilities will include:
Drafting complex pieces of content – press releases, Q&A’s, commentary, Award Entries etc.
Growing current and new journalist relationships, selling in and pitching creative feature ideas
Developing social media strategy and delivering high quality content for a range of client accounts
Organising and delivering a wide range of events, from intimate VIP launches through to large scale community events
Providing creative input into overall strategy and planning for client campaign
Being lead point of contact for a number of accounts
Mentoring junior members of the team
The ideal candidate will have
first class written and verbal communication skills
and an excellent understanding of social media. You should be a natural networker, and be confident dealing with clients and press face to face on a regular basis.
The Account Manager/Senior Account Manager should have:
3-5 years’ experience working in a PR agency or within an in house PR team - property and/or interiors experience preferred, and an interest in these sectors is a must
BA/BSC degree or higher
Strong media relations skills and contacts
Excellent communicator with the ability to think strategically and creatively
Excellent writing skills
Digitally savvy – knowledge of social media platforms and an interest in creating fun, engaging content
High standard of attention to detail, excellent research, multi-tasking, and team skills
Can-do, positive attitude and a cheerful disposition!

This role is based in our offices in Vauxhall, Central London. We are currently hybrid working, with all of the team coming into the office a few days a week.
