ROLE
We’re looking for a PR + Activations Manager to join our Hype (PR, Talent, and Campaigns) team.
We need someone with personality, pace and a natural PR instinct. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone to lead activations end to end, reporting to our Head of PR, Talent and Partnerships and working closely with our Client Services team to ensure we are delivering best in class campaigns.
We’re channel agnostic, so our scope of work is always exciting and broad. We’re not looking for an old school approach, a lot of our work is centred on growth, positioning and transformation. Clients come to us looking for something new.
The PR & Activations Manager will be part campaign manager, part PR manager, blending the two to match the output with the desired results. You will be a creative thinker, employing best in class roll out strategies to campaigns and briefing both internal and external teams on the delivery of these.
Top-notch copywriting skills are a must. This person will have versatile writing style, and be able to adapt amongst our diverse range of clients – from iconic sports screenings to elegant roof terraces, to delectable new menu launches and pop-culture driven activations.
You will work closely with our Legacy (Creative and Planning) team to understand the vision and approach and take this to develop plans and briefs for wider teams as well as manage the delivery of all acitvation elements including third party supplier liaison.
Thinking consumer first in terms of all touch points that will be included.
You will work across a range of clients from lifestyle, to hospitality, to celebrity, to entertainment. You will be on top of trends, an avid social listener, live for experiences and have a natural get sh*t done attitude. This role requires someone incredibly curious, open-minded and with a challenger mindset.
You’ll be highly respectful of all communities and culture.
We work with global and household names and we’re incredibly proud of the work we do and the people we work with. Some of our clients include: Be At One, Pho, Pernod Ricard, NOW and Popeyes.

DAY-TO-DAY
+ Creatively and strategically guiding campaign roll out and channel plans
+ Drafting press releases and all other press materials to a high standard
+ Building and managing relationships with journalists, content creators and your wider network
+ Attend weekly client meetings providing press office and project updates
+ Working at a fast, organised and efficient pace to deliver excellence across clients
+ Reviewing campaigns against their objectives to ensure we are meeting client expectations
+ Considering new channels and media to amplify campaigns, the magic is in the unexpected
+ Understanding of subcultures and communities and how to reach them with the campaigns we roll out
+ Working with our delivery teams to curate campaign experiences across all channels and mediums
+ Briefing and collaborating with heads of departments to ensure campaign plans are aligned to the agreed strategy and creative
+ Attending monthly events for launch parties, activations and new store opening

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
+ A minimum of 4 years experience in a brand, communications or marketing agency
+ Proven campaign and activation management skills
+ Experience of reviewing junior team members work and providing guidance and feedback
+ An in-depth knowledge of marketing channels and media
+ A desire to deliver campaigns which drive impact and create moments that leave a legacy
+ A portfolio of examples of campaigns you have delivered
+ Previous examples of having managed third party suppliers
