PR & Influencer Manager

You will be responsible for developing and executing the PR & Influencer Marketing strategy & initiatives as part of our Global PR & Influencer Marketing team and you will be the line manager for two direct reports in the UK. You will develop tailored market approaches to make us stand-out and be more relevant to local consumers, as well as ensuring we leverage all opportunities in market. This role will contribute to our continued growth, as your story telling skills and digital first mindset will help us drive market share and brand awareness around the globe.

What you’ll do:

• Develop strategies and innovative plans for PR & Influencer Marketing for different campaigns and markets, leading across UK and Germany whilst providing support for the US
• Focusing on Global strategy for Revolution Beauty and I Heart Revolution
• Build out a robust organic strategy that focuses on brand love and building strong relationships
• Execute the PR & Influencer Marketing plan through different initiatives whilst effectively managing budget and agencies
• Daily handling of requests, vetting, briefings and evaluations
• Write materials such as press releases, factsheets, internal releases and briefings for spokespersons
• Create global toolboxes for PR & Influencer marketing campaigns
• Develop creative and innovative event concepts and execute the production of these PR / Influencer events
• Report & track our performance in all our markets according to our KPI’s
• Actively search for potential partnerships for the brands

What you’ll have:

• Strong experience of PR and / or influencer marketing with at least 1-2 years at manager level
• Brand experience is a must
• Agency experience is preferable
• Modern experience of ecommerce
• Strategic and creative mindset
• Experience in all social media platforms
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• A can-do attitude
• Team player who thrives within a dynamic, fast-growing company
