ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the hunt for a Director to join our Brand team.

Are you a bit obsessed with culture? Are you full of ideas for clients and agency life? Do you have a creative streak you want as a cornerstone of your role? Great.

Candidates will need proven experience in holding client relationships at a senior level and managing a team. Importantly, they will bring humour and humanity to everything they do.

As well as working with key clients, you will play a pivotal role in new business pitches and must be experienced in this area – comfortable in drafting pitch proposals, responding to RFIs and RFPs, and be a cool, confident presenter that knows how to sell a story.

Alongside client work, Directors make up part of the senior management team and have a critical role in determining the future and long-term success of the company. If you’re ambitious, entrepreneurial and are looking for a place where your ideas are really heard, then this is a role where you can have real impact. For this role you will need to have a solid track-record of experience at leading agency teams or household brands.

It would be advantageous to have experience within the food & drink, technology/gaming, FMCG and/or retail sectors, but not imperative. We're growing and value experience across all sectors. Besides, this hire is as much about attitude as it is experience.

Zeno is a global agency so you will ideally have some experience of working on international clients, and also building relationships with other offices in a network.
