Interim PR Manager - 6 Month FTC
Salary £55,000-£60,000 basic
North Yorkshire Location - 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.

Better Placed are delighted to be working on an assignment for a PR Manager to join a Financial Services organisation on a 6 month FTC project.

As a PR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the company's reputation and image by implementing effective public relations strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with media professionals, managing external communications, and ensuring consistency in messaging across various channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive PR plans to promote the company's products, services, and brand image.
Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and other industry influencers.
Serve as the main point of contact for all media inquiries and manage the company's media relations efforts.
Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media statements, and other written materials.
Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports and analysis on PR activities.
Coordinate and manage media events, such as press conferences and product launches.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential PR opportunities or risks.
Manage PR budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of PR campaign

Key Requirements:
PR experience within the Financial Services/Banking space is essential
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully implementing PR campaigns and securing media coverage
You must be immediately available and/or on a short notice period to be considered for this opportunity.
