Practice Accountant - Dorchester

We're looking for a Qualified Senior Accountant (ACA/ACCA) to work closely with a Partner, supporting a varied portfolio and playing a key role in client relationship management. This is a hands-on role with scope to shape your day-to-day work and make a real difference to clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborating directly with a Partner on a diverse client portfolio
• Reviewing and preparing accounts, with minimal staff management
• Taking ownership of client relationships and service delivery
• Option to take on significant tax work, if of interest
• Working independently while contributing to a close-knit team

What we're looking for:

• ACA or ACCA qualified with strong academic background
• Solid experience in a similar practice-based role
• Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in managing your own workload
• Strong technical skills and a client-first mindset
