Job Description - Practice Administrator

An established, sociable and growing accountancy firm is on the lookout for an organised and proactive Practice Administrator to join their relaxed and friendly team. With 35 staff across three offices, this is an exciting opportunity to support a busy practice and work closely with professionals in the legal and financial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting client onboarding: AML checks and letters of engagement
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
Setting up clients on the internal system
Assisting with credit control and debt collection
Providing company secretarial support
General administration tasks to keep the practice running smoothly

What They’re Looking For

Previous experience in an admin-based role
Ideally, exposure to professional services (legal or financial preferred)
Ability to stay calm, focused and organised in a relaxed yet busy environment
A confident communicator who thrives in a team setting
