Job Opportunity: Practice Development Lawyer – Corporate Tax & Incentives

Location: Glasgow (flexible working options considered)

Overview:
A leading legal team is looking to appoint a Practice Development Lawyer to support its Corporate Tax & Incentives practice. This is a key role that offers the chance to shape technical resources, develop training programmes and play a central part in the knowledge strategy of a busy and evolving department.

Role Requirements:
Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in corporate tax or a related area
• Familiarity with corporate, real estate and employment tax documentation and processes
• Previous involvement in developing, managing or using precedent banks, styles and transactional support materials
• Comfortable working across various teams and supporting knowledge initiatives at firmwide level

Skills:
•Drafting and organisational skills, with a methodical approach to knowledge management
• Capable of translating complex tax matters into clear guidance for internal and external use
• Effective communicator with the ability to manage projects and collaborate across departments
