We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious law firm seeking a Practice Innovation Specialist to join their dynamic Knowledge & Innovation (K&I) team. This role offers the opportunity to drive legal technology adoption, enhance lawyer productivity, and improve client service delivery through cutting-edge solutions in AI, machine learning, client collaboration, and document automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for legal technology solutions.
• Manage user provisioning and platform configuration to optimize technology adoption.
• Analyze usage patterns, identify improvements, and implement targeted interventions.
• Develop data visualizations and conduct analytics on technology adoption.
• Support application testing and liaise with vendors on technical solutions.
• Contribute to communication and change management efforts to drive technology awareness and adoption.
• Develop training materials and learning resources to support new product implementations.
• Stay informed on emerging legal tech trends and share insights with the team.
• Prepare governance reports and support compliance initiatives related to certifications and audits.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2-3 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with lawyers, business professionals, and vendors.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Self-starter with adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and collaboration technologies.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, workflow automation, and legal-specific applications.
