Your responsibilities as Practice Lead

Lead research and delivery across executive search assignments from brief to completion
Engage directly with senior candidates, qualifying and assessing against role criteria
Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations and timelines are consistently met
Produce high-quality search reports through market analysis and database insights
Identify and develop talent pipelines and referral networks for future opportunities
Line manage and support internal research resource to deliver against project goals
What we’re looking for in a Practice Lead

Previous experience within recruitment, executive search or a research-led environment
Strong ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders
Commercial awareness with the ability to understand and interpret client briefs
Confident in managing multiple projects, prioritising workload effectively
Competent with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
