Job Description - Practice Manager

A typical day in the life of a Practice Manager, includes:  

  • Create an environment where employees want to come to work and patients come to seek care.
  • Oversee day to day operations of the center, collaborating with center clinical staff to ensure patient care.
  • Directly supervise all registration and clinical (non-provider) staff within the center.
  • Engage and promote a positive culture within the center in alignment with company values.
  • Support and facilitate employee growth and development within the center and organization.
  • Work to achieve center KPI targets including: inventory management, patient satisfaction and access and staffing reports.
  • Ensure accurate inventory of medical, office, and prescription supplies; ordering as needed.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all facility and employee related concerns or issues to best support center and staff success.
  • Provide backup to registration and/or clinical tasks as needed.

What you bring to our TEAM:  

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in health administration or related field, preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, EMR (Experity) and scheduling systems (When to Work) 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Our centers are open (7) days per week 8AM to 8PM. This is a full-time salary exempt position with the expectation of working at minimum 40 hours per week with weekend availability at least two weekends per month
