Recruit UK are working on a brilliant opportunity for a Practice Manager in Warwickshire to join a specialist financial planning firm, that pride themselves in offering unrestricted and unbiased advice.

This role will involve but not be limited to:

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency
• Collaborate with Management on strategic and operational initiatives
• Maintain and improve office policies, systems, and procedures
• Lead and mentor the Client Services team
• Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and workloads
• Act as a key contact for Advisers, clients, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and GDPR
• Maintain accurate client records and audit documentation

Skills and experience required:

• Previous experience as a manager within a Wealth Management company
• Exposure utilising Intelligent Office
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to inspire, support and encourage team members
