A well-established and fast moving firm of Chartered Accountants is on the lookout for talented professionals ready to progress. The role of the Practice Manager is crucial for the operational excellency of the office as well as keeping your staff morale high!

Duties

• Keep the day-to-day running of the office smooth and organised
• Manage client records, appointments and general admin tasks
• Be the first point of contact for client queries and communication
• Support the team with staff scheduling, training coordination and general admin support
• Oversee internal systems and ensure processes are followed correctly
• Liaise with other departments and external suppliers to keep things on track
• Handle supplier invoices, payments and basic financial reporting
• Prepare and organise data for reports and internal meetings
• Help improve office systems and find ways to work more efficiently
