Practice Manager

Our client is a modern dental practice that has been established for over 50 years. The dental team is all highly trained and experienced professionals that are committed to providing the highest possible standard of care for its patients. 

For this practice manager vacancy, we are happy to accept applicants from those with lots to little experience as a practice manager, and happy to hear from senior dental nurses or experienced dental administrators that are able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the natural ability to lead a team, maintain strict compliance protocols and uphold the highest standards of patient care. 

The Role

This is a full-time position, however, there is some flexibility for the right candidate to work reduced hours if this is in the best interest of the practice and team.

The practice manager is responsible for the efficient day-to-day running and  management of the whole dental practice, working closely with the Principal Dentist to manage the personnel, finance and promote business growth, building on the practices brand and reputation, general administration expected for this role, which includes compliance, health and safety and team training.

• Strong grammatical ability is critical as you will be liaising with patients and sending emails
