for a dynamic dual-role Practice and Business Manager to propel us into the future and cement our status as the community’s leading dental practice.
About the Practice:

Centrally located in the Liscard Way, part of Cherry Tree Shopping Centre offers a spectrum of services including aligners, complex implant treatments, endodontics, restorative dentistry, and essential NHS services.
You will also be supporting our fee earners at

Chester Dental

- a mainly NHS practice boasting 3 surgeries which will soon be expanded to 4.

It is essential that you can travel to both sites when required.
As our Practice/Business Manager, you will:
Lead and Inspire:

Oversee our dedicated team of Dental Care Professionals, driving excellence in every aspect of practice management—from HR and accounts to CQC compliance.
Drive Growth:

Use your business acumen to boost clinician income and practice revenue through innovative marketing, enhanced training, and strategic patient care initiatives.
Community Engagement:

Elevate our practice’s community profile by enhancing our online presence, improving Google Reviews, and spearheading our social media strategy.
Enhance Patient Experience:

Be the change-maker in our practice aesthetics and patient journey, ensuring every visit is exceptional.
