A newly created position for an accountancy practice in the heart of London is seeking a Practice Manager to join the team!
Your new role

Providing administration and operations support to the partners.

Cross departmental collaboration to ensure synergy throughout the business.

Liaising with clients via telephone, emails etc.

Assist with client matters - preparing fee proposals, marketing and onboarding new clients.

Overseeing compliance procedures including reviews and client billing.

Overseeing AML processes and assisting with training and regulations.

Support the administration team with document management, archiving, GDPR.

Maintaining absence calendars, onboarding new starters and assisting with office risk assessments.

Oversee IT and website support.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience in practice management within a legal / accountancy practice

Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week, 9am-5:30pm
