Pre-Assessment Administrator

Beacon Park Hospital - Stafford

Full Time - 37.5 per week

Beacon Park Hospital is an extension of services being delivered by sister hospital, Rowley Hall Hospital in Stafford. Beacon Park Hospital is a day-case hospital that provides first class private healthcare for patients with health insurance, patients who self-pay or NHS patients exercising choice through the e-referral system.

The role:

• Make appointments, manage cancellations and rescheduling

• Liaise with clinical staff to ensure appropriate patient flow.

• Prepare, update, and maintain patient records in line with confidentiality policies. Ensure accurate input of patient data into electronic health systems.

• Ensure and test results are ready for clinical teams in advance.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure results are available.

• Provide general administrative support to consultants, nurses, and other clinical staff.

• Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment for the department.

What you'll bring with you:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

• Competent IT skills, including MS Office and electronic patient record systems.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Commitment to patient confidentiality and data protection.
