Job Description - Pre Construction Administrator

We are currently seeking a Pre-Construction Administrator to join a growing and dynamic construction business based in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy pre-construction team working across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing administrative support to the pre-construction and estimating teams

* Preparing and issuing tender documentation

* Maintaining accurate records of bids, submissions, and project data

* Coordinating meetings, minutes, and project correspondence

* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

* Assisting with document control and compliance during tender stages

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years’ experience within the construction industry (essential)

* Previous experience in pre-construction, estimating support, or document control roles preferred

* Strong organisational and administration skills

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
