Southam Selections are currently working alongside a leading law firm who have offices in Liverpool and Bolton. They specialise in legal cases including Credit Hire and Personal Injury, including Complex Injury, Clinical and Professional Negligence, Housing Disrepair, Group Action Claims and Public Inquiries.

The role;

They are looking to recruit for an experienced Pre Lit Credit Hire/ Personal Injury Fee earner to join their growing team over in Liverpool who has a background of Credit Hire and can manage a variety of claims.

Key responsibilities include;

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigated credit hire/ personal injury RTA claims.
• Review and assess new instructions and progress files through negotiation and settlement.
• Prepare cases for litigation where necessary.
• Regularly communicate with clients, insurers, and third-party representatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely case progression in line with firm procedures and client expectations.

About You:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience
• Solid understanding of pre-action protocol.
• Ability to prioritise a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
• Proactive, professional, and committed to delivering excellent client service.
