Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working with a leading electrical heating retailer. This role sits within the sales team and focuses on offering a consultative approach direct to consumer, understanding their individual needs and requirements for differing projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound calls and enquiries from both pre-sales and post-sales customers, delivering expert advice and recommending the most suitable products or solutions tailored to their needs or projects

• Serving as the first point of contact via phone, email, and live chat, providing quotes and proactively maximising sales opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling techniques.

• Managing the sales pipeline to monitor and convert leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and increasing quote-to-sale conversions.

• Following up on leads promptly via phone and email to maintain momentum and enhance customer engagement

• An experienced individual with a track record of delivering quality customer service, building rapport and optimising opportunities

• An energetic, driven candidate who thrives working within a vibrant team environment

• A self motivator with experience working in a hybrid capacity is desirable
