PIB Insurance Brokers (part of PIB Group) is a dynamic insurance broker attracting individuals with a wealth of experience in the insurance market. The business provides expertise across a broad range of specialisms and is looking for a Pre Sales Representative to join their team in Gloucester.

What you’ll be doing:

• Outbound contact to warm leads, including structured follow‑ups/chaser cadence.
• Receive and route inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up enquiries via email and SMS with clear, concise messaging.
• Capture essential client information and transfer to Sales Executives.
• Maintain accurate records in Acturis and Excel; uphold CRM/data hygiene.
