Job Description - Pre Tenancy Administrator

Pre-Tenancy Administrator / Up to £30,000 / Bexleyheath
Overview:

A Market Leading Estate Agent are currently seeking a Pre-Tenancy Administrator to ensure the correct paperwork is in place for a tenant to move into a property. This includes working with property owners and tenants closely.

This is an excellent opportunity to excel your career with a market leading estate agent with future progression available.

Role & Responsibilities:

Work with tenants to gather the correct information and paperwork for them to move into a property
Drafting tenancy agreements
Collecting monies from tenants for deposits and rent
Organising property inspections.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Experience in a Administration position in real estate
UK Driving license
An excellent communicator
Hard-working and ambitious
A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals

Up to £30,000 basic salary
