This role will take overall responsibility for the management of a busy precast manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production while leading a skilled workforce.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day factory operations
Lead production planning and scheduling
Ensure quality and H&S standards are maintained
Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage and develop production teams
Coordinate with commercial and operational departments

Requirements
