Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm

We are currently recruiting for a Precision Farming Support Assistant to join a well-established Precision Farming team based in Essex.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an agricultural, technical or customer support background who is interested in developing their career within Precision Farming.

The Role
Supporting customers with telematics and Precision Farming queries
Setting up and maintaining customer accounts and subscriptions
Managing correction signal and telematics activations
Providing customers with system training and guidance
Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating where required
Ensuring customer records and information are accurate and up to dateAbout You
Ideally experienced within agriculture, agricultural machinery or a related technical environment
Interested in GPS, telematics and Precision Farming technology
Confident communicating with customers by telephone and email
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
A good problem solver who can use their own initiative
Friendly, professional and able to work well as part of a team
Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
