This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with machining experience or a motivated college leaver eager to develop their engineering career in a supportive, team-focused environment. What You’ll Be Doing As part of the production team, you will be involved in a variety of machining and manufacturing tasks, including: Mounting and machining precision components Cleaning, finishing, and checking completed work Following technical drawings and work instructions Carrying out associated production processes Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and workmanship Working safely in line with Health & Safety and COSHH procedures What We’re Looking For Previous machining or engineering experience preferred College leavers or newly qualified candidates encouraged to apply Level 2 or Level 3 Engineering qualification preferred Good attention to detail and willingness to learn Team player with a positive attitude and flexible approach What’s On Offer 35-hour working week on standard day shifts Friendly small-team environment Training and development opportunities Competitive pay based on experience Pay: National Minimum Wage for non-experienced candidates Up to £13.31 per hour depending on experience If you’re looking for an opportunity to grow your skills in precision engineering and be part of a dedicated team, we’d love to hear from you.
