Working closely with estimating and commercial teams to support cost planning, tender pricing, subcontractor enquiries and value engineering exercises. Liaising with designers, clients, suppliers and operational teams to resolve technical queries and ensure proposed solutions are practical and compliant. Supporting the preparation of tender programmes, risk registers, technical submissions and other pre-construction documentation to meet client requirements and deadlines.
