Are you an experienced professional in the office fit-out sector with a passion for delivering excellence from the very start of a project? We’re seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping, planning, and driving successful projects from concept through to handover.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing RFQs from initial design concepts for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Organising and leading site visits with clients and suppliers.
• Producing accurate project costings and delivery plans.
• Leading client discussions and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Arranging and chairing project handover meetings to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

• Ability to confidently read and interpret architectural plans.
• Strong contract negotiation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the office fit-out sector (or related field).
• Good working knowledge of building regulations.

Qualifications:

• Membership of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
• Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 or equivalent).
