Pre-Construction Manager

Are you an experienced Pre-Construction professional with a passion for planning, problem-solving and delivering complex construction projects?

A leading UK construction and infrastructure contractor is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join its growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping major projects from tender stage through to construction handover.

What you'll be doing?

* Developing tender and contract programmes using ASTA Powerproject.

* Producing construction methodologies, logistics plans and delivery strategies.

* Reviewing drawings, BIM models, and technical information to assess buildability and risk.

* Supporting bid submissions, client presentations, and project handovers.

* Working closely with estimating, design, commercial, and operational teams to deliver successful outcomes.

What we're looking for:

* 3-5 years' experience in construction or pre-construction planning

* Advanced ASTA Powerproject skills

* Strong knowledge of concrete, civils, infrastructure, and construction sequencing

* Experience with quantity take-offs from PDF, DWG, and IFC models

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

This is a hybrid role, with expectations to be on site 2 days per week and travel to live project sites twice per month
