Hybrid working offered (office, site & home). This role suits candidates from Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Pre-Construction backgrounds within the office fit-out / interiors sector. Key responsibilities include: * Pre-construction estimating and cost planning * Tendering and pricing small works office fit-out projects * Procurement and subcontractor engagement * Commercial management of live projects * Valuations, variations and final accounts * Client liaison and project handovers * Managing multiple projects up to £200k The business is a £50m turnover, established Design & Build contractor with over 20 years’ experience, delivering full in-house services including design, fit-out and furniture.
