About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to oversee the full preconstruction process and support the continued development of the business.
This is a senior, client-facing position requiring someone who can build strong relationships, identify and secure new opportunities, and coordinate projects successfully from initial enquiry through to handover.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Preconstruction Manager or Project Management
* Strong RC Frame, Groundworks and Civils experience
* Ideally come from an Engineering background
* Good understanding of construction programming and methodology
* Excellent client-facing skills
* Strong communication, organisation and leadership abilities
* Able to manage the complete preconstruction process
