Pre-Development Engineer New Build Housing

TSR are recruiting on behalf of our client, a 5 star, highly reputable housebuilder based in the Northwest. They are undergoing an exciting period of growth which has created an opportunity for an Engineer to join their team and support them with preparing and reviewing technical engineering information.

This role will involve delivering detailed engineering viability information to support the land acquisition process and supporting with tender and construction engineering drawing preparation.

The successful candidate will support their vision and growth plans by managing schemes from a technical perspective from conception through to handover and issue of the engineering construction pack.

We are looking for someone with predevelopment engineering experience in the housebuilding industry or relevant contracting or consultancy backgrounds, excellent attention to detail and good multi-project management and IT skills including AutoCAD and Microsoft.

In return you will receive a competitive package of up to £60,000 basic salary + car allowance or company car and bonus.
