Job Title: Pre-Litigation Paralegal (RTA Personal Injury)
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £27,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

• Running a personal injury caseload, specifically focussing on road traffic accident claims (RTA).
• Following portal exit, assess and review liability, making decisions on settlements
• Handling disputes in liability, reviewing key evidence and statements
• Negotiating between claimants and defends to reach outcomes and case conclusion
• Preparing cases for litigation where required

Required Application Criteria:

• It is vital you hold a professional background in personal injury law
• Experience handling Road Traffic Accident (RTA Claims)
• Working knowledge of the MOJ Portal
• Working knowledge of the OIC Portal (desired)
