The Premier Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio mass affluent clients with a net worth of £250k to £750k. They are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with these mass affluent clients & are also responsible for growing their customer portfolios and securing new business. The Premier Relationship Manager role will give you the opportunity to join this dedicated team where you will be managing a portfolio of existing customers.
You will be responsible for supporting your customer portfolio through key life events such as investing for their future, saving for a new home, planning for retirement, or protecting their family for every eventuality.
As an HSBC Premier Relationship Manager, you will work closely with the Wealth Managers undertaking proactive client contact, dealing with client banking queries and work alongside branch colleagues to grow new client opportunities.
You will be required to visit customers at their home or work location although this is a Branch based role. Expenses will be paid when incurred. Please note, due to the geographical portfolio locations of our clients within Premier, a driving licence and your own vehicle may be required.
