Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the premises, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and health & safety.


• Manage and supervise a team of premises staff, including caretakers and cleaners.

• Manage budgets and contracts related to premises maintenance and services.


• Oversee the planning and execution of refurbishment and improvement projects.


• Act as a key point of contact for staff, contractors, and external agencies.
