Maintenance / Premises Officer - Leicester (Temp to Perm)
We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance / Premises Officer to work within a school in Leicester on a temporary to permanent basis.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
Immediate start available
Requirements:

Valid Enhanced DBS
Previous maintenance or premises experience is desirable
Reliable and able to work independently
Key Duties:

Day-to-day maintenance and premises duties
Fire alarm testing and checks
Water hygiene checks
Health & safety inspections
General building and site checks
Ensuring the school premises are safe, secure, and well maintained
