Premium Processing Technician

An established Lloyd's broker is recruiting for an experienced Premium Processing Technician.

Reporting to one of the company directors the successful applicant will process all premiums and premium bordereaux in the accounting system, submit premiums and premium bordereaux, respond to underwriter queries regarding outstanding premiums and adjustments, enter contract information into accounting system, including expense percentages and signing numbers, maintain premium statistics for line slips and binders, maintain Excel workbooks for all transactions processed and paid, and maintain Excel workbooks for booked and paid brokerage.

Some additional IBA Accounting and Broker support work will also be involved, but this will be minimal.

Applicants must have previous technical processing experience gained within an insurance broking environment and possess strong excel skills to be able to manage large volumes of data.
