Job Description - Prep Intake Coordinator

Job Title: Prep Intake Coordinator
Location: Dungannon, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland
Salary: Â£28,000–Â£30,000 per annum
Shift: Day shift

Role Summary

We are seeking a Prep Intake Coordinator to manage the accurate intake of raw materials and ensure a seamless flow into production. This role is critical for maintaining traceability, quality, and hygiene standards within a food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and control the intake of raw materials into production
Verify product identification and delivery documentation
Ensure traceability and labelling requirements are met
Communicate intake status to production and planning teams
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Record intake data accurately and escalate discrepancies
