We are seeking a Presales Leader to build and lead the pre-sales function at Luminance. This senior role will oversee the Tech Sales Specialists and pre-sales focused Solutions Engineers, ensuring every customer engagement demonstrates the breadth and depth of Luminance’s technology.
This is a pivotal role at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Customer Success. You will set the standard for how Luminance positions its:
You’ll also personally support large enterprise opportunities and ensure Luminance is seen as enterprise-ready across AI, architecture, integrations, and customer success.
This is both a leadership role (developing and coaching the pre-sales function) and a hands-on role (supporting key strategic opportunities).
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and grow Tech Sales Specialists and pre-sales focused Solutions Engineers.
Define best practices, playbooks, and enablement material for consistent pre-sales execution.
Partner with VP Client Solutions to evolve the global Solutions operating model.
Customer Engagement
Act as senior technical authority in enterprise customer meetings.
Support AEs on large strategic deals, especially post-POV opportunities.
Build credibility with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and Legal Ops leaders by articulating the enterprise readiness of Luminance.
Technical Messaging & Enablement
Own the technical narrative across:
AI: explain how our Legal-Grade™ AI works, why it’s unique, and how it adds value.
Architecture: explain scalability, resilience, and security of our platform.
