Pre-School Room Leader

We Currently have a Vacancy for an enthusiastic Pre-School Room Leader at our Titchfield setting.

Desirable skills for this role

• Former experience working in a childcare environment e.g. day nursery/after school club/school


• Knowledge of OFSTED, EYFS and other relevant childcare policies and programs


• Knowledge of safeguarding and the role of a DSL


• Paediatric first aid certificate


•  Food hygiene certificate


• Current Level 4 Safeguarding training certificate

This Job involves

• Leading a team of practitioner to Provide outstanding care to the Pre -school Room


• Leading the settling in sessions with the new parents, establishing positive relationships and supporting both the child and parents during these sessions.


• Ensure paperwork within the rooms is completed accurately and efficiently.


• Promote the nursery to current parents and prospective parents.


• Lead team and support your team to fulfil their individual personal development plans


• Supporting the children in being school ready 


• Build relationships in local school to support transition to school for children and parents.

Full Time - Monday-Friday 40hrs week

Starting Salary - £31,595.20
