Pre-School Room Leader Location: City of London - currently based in Barbican, relocating to a brand-new Shoreditch site Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you an experienced Early Years professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are working with a well-established, high-quality private nursery group in Central London that is looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Pre-School Room Leader.

About the Role As a Pre-School Room Leader, you will take full responsibility for leading and managing a busy pre-school room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, anddevelopment for children aged 3-5 years.
You will play a key role in shaping the curriculum, mentoring staff, and creating an engaging and stimulating environment that supports every child's individual development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and support a team of practitioners within the pre-school room Plan and deliver a creative, play-based curriculum in line with the EYFS framework Monitor children's learning and development, ensuring accurate observations and assessments Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular feedback and updates Ensure the room meets all safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted requirements Contribute to the overall ethos and continuous improvement of the nurseryRequirements
Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above) Proven experience working within a nursery setting, ideally in a senior or room leader capacity Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills A genuine passion for early childhood education and delivering high-quality careWhat's on Offer
