Are you an experienced Prescribing Pharmacist looking for a new challenge in a supportive and well-regarded GP practice?

We're working with a highly respected, CQC-rated "Good" Medical Centre located near Reading, currently looking to welcome a skilled Practice Pharmacist to their friendly team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, patient-focused surgery serving a growing community of nearly 31,000 patients. With excellent on-site facilities and a welcoming team culture, this role offers genuine career stability and development.

Your Role Will Include:

• Medication Reviews
• Medicines Management
• Handling QOF-related tasks
• Responding to medication queries

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in general practice and be confident in managing a varied workload in collaboration with the wider clinical team.
