Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £24,000 per year
Hours: Mon–Thurs 07:00–15:45 | Fri 07:00–12:00 (early finish!)

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Press Brake Operator to join their busy fabrication team. You'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC hydraulic press brakes to produce metal parts to high standards in a just-in-time manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press brakes with guidance
Select and install correct tooling
Operate a forklift to move materials (training provided if needed)
Follow job specs and quality standards
Log production data and report issues
Support maintenance and assist teammates when needed

What Our Client Is Looking For:

1+ year in manufacturing (ideal)
Basic knowledge of press/fabrication work
Able to read blueprints and use measuring tools
Team player, safety-conscious, eager to learn
Forklift experience desirable but not essential
