Night Shift Press Brake Machinist (4 Positions Available)Location: Derby
Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
Shift Pattern: Monday–Thursday (4 on / 3 off) 6:00pm – 6:00am (12-hour shifts)
Future shift pattern may move to 4 on / 4 off

About the RoleWe are currently recruiting 4 Night Shift Press Brake Machinists to join a busy, modern manufacturing environment operating 24/7. Following a recent £2 million investment in three brand-new machines, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and forward-thinking production team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll primarily operate press brake machinery, with opportunities to be multi-skilled across lasers and punch press machines.

Key Responsibilities
Operating and setting press brake machines
Supporting operation of lasers and punch press machinery where required
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately
Working with metal components ranging from 1mm to 6mm thickness
Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
Supporting a flexible, multi-skilled production environment
Adhering to health & safety procedures at all timesWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re keen to hear from candidates who have:

Previous manufacturing experience (ideally in a similar environment)
Experience operating press brake machinery (preferred)
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
Experience operating multiple machines (desirable, not essential)
