Pay Rate: Starting from £14.00 per hour, with higher rates available depending on previous experience and skill level.

Pertemps is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering client for an experienced Press Brake Setter & Operator to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating press brake machinery to produce high-quality components in line with engineering specifications and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Setting and operating press brake machinery safely and efficiently.

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Producing components to precise tolerances and quality standards.

Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring finished products meet customer specifications.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets.

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Press Brake Setter and Operator within an engineering or manufacturing environment.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
